Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

Unfortunately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. Please make sure to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

When will I receive my order?

  • Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for orders to be processed.

  • Once shipped, orders typically take 3-7 business days for delivery.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Studio Blanks is not responsible for orders lost or stolen in transit.

Why do the clothes I ordered look different from the product photos?

Each of our garments is crafted with unique fabric and dyeing processes, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or fading may occur. Some garments are designed to change over time, developing a one-of-a-kind look. These variations are intentional and part of the garment’s character.

How do I care for my garments?

To extend the life of your clothing, please follow these general care guidelines:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C) on a delicate cycle

  • Wash inside out and with like colors

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not tumble dry – air drying is recommended

  • Iron on low heat (do not iron directly on prints)

  • Dyed garments may bleed ink in the first few washes—wash separately

What if my package is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or being unclaimed, the customer is responsible for paying reshipping fees. We do not automatically issue refunds for returned orders. Please review our Return-to-Sender Policy for more details.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once an order has been shipped, Studio Blanks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any shipping issues, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@studio-blanks.com. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes.
